Being in service. I relearned this week that serving myself first is the key to serving others. In short, I can’t give energy that I don’t have. I’m likewise unable to receive the opportunities and possibilities of each day if I’m vibrating too low to accept them.

One goal. Start your day with one goal → put yourself in an incredible mood. Meditate, write, take a walk, listen to your favorite music... do whatever it takes to get your energy vibrating at high frequencies. Opportunities and possibilities can’t flow to you if you’re energy isn’t a match. You can’t serve other humans until you’ve served yourself first.
